Columns

As the market leader in the manufacture of custom glass-lined columns, Estrella produces column sections up to 80” dia. (2000 mm) and a total length up to 178” (4500 mm).

We deliver approx. 30 complete column assemblies per year.

Our world standards:

• All column elements are fired in a vertical position, which ensures best tolerances for roundness and flange flatness. Estrella supplies columns that exceed DIN tolerance standards without extra cost.
• All steelwork is performed in-house by Estrella in Ettingen, Switzerland
• All raw materials are certified to be 100% European origin
• We are certified for the fabrication of pressure vessels by leading international authorities; including ASME U-Stamp, HP-0, SWISS-TS, DESP, and China Stamp.
• High level of consulting expertise in the planning, installation and maintenance phases
• High level of consulting expertise in damage cases with regard to cause determination and damage repair
• Extremely short delivery times for replacement components
